Restrict access for space meetings

Members with appropriate permissions have the option of allowing only space members to attend a meeting and excluding non-space participants.

To restrict non-members from joining a space meeting:

  1. Select the web app space for which you want to restrict access for non-members.

  2. Click Enable restriction for non-members Block button to enable restriction.

Block button in red Enabled restriction indicates that restriction is enabled for that space i.e., non-members cannot join the meeting. Select Enabled restriction button to disable restriction.

Note: When restriction is enabled, regardless of being a space member, a SIP participant cannot join the respective space meeting.

Note: When restriction is enabled, the space owner and space members cannot enter the space meeting using the join links generated in email invite and dial/join information in web app.
